This is more than a driving job. You'll train alongside our owner to learn how we serve customers, lead a crew, provide on-site estimates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. As you earn responsibility, you'll have opportunities to grow with our company. Experience is a bonus. Character is a requirement. We can teach skills. We can't teach work ethic. What You'll Do Train to lead a two-person junk removal crew Safely drive company trucks Deliver exceptional customer service Learn to provide on-site estimates (we'll train you) Load, remove, and responsibly dispose of unwanted items Solve problems and represent our company with professionalism What We're Looking For Strong work ethic Positive attitude Coachable and dependable Great people skills Comfortable with physical, outdoor work Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Pay & Earning Potential $18-20/hour starting base pay (based on experience) Customer tips Opportunities for increased responsibility and advancement Our customers are incredibly generous, and average weekly tips provide a meaningful boost to take-home pay.
