The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering, exchanging, and removing roll-off dumpsters for residential, commercial, and construction customers while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer service. Responsibilities Safely operate a roll-off dumpster truck. Deliver, exchange, and remove dumpsters at customer locations. Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Secure loads and comply with all DOT regulations and company safety policies. Complete driver logs, inspection reports, and other required paperwork. Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and management. Maintain a clean and professional appearance of equipment. Ensure dumpsters are placed and retrieved safely without damage to customer property. Qualifications Valid Class A or Class B CDL. Current DOT Medical Card. Clean driving record. Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred. Roll-off, waste management, construction hauling, or dump truck experience is a plus. Strong work ethic and dependability.
