Duties Safely transport rental equipment to and from designated beach locations using company vehicles, ensuring timely and secure rides. Greet guests warmly, provide information about amenities, activities, and safety guidelines to enhance their visit. Monitor beach areas for safety hazards, enforce rules, and respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns. Assist with setting up and breaking down beach equipment, umbrellas, loungers, and recreational supplies. Manage cash handling for rentals or concessions with accuracy and integrity. Engage in conflict management by calmly resolving guest issues or disputes to maintain a positive environment. Maintain cleanliness of the beach area and ensure all safety equipment is in good condition; perform routine inspections as required. Experience Prior experience in customer service or hospitality roles is highly desirable. Ability to handle conflict professionally while maintaining a positive attitude is essential.
