In this role, you will operate specialized tractor-trailers designed for automobile transportation, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all safety and regulatory standards. Your expertise in commercial truck driving, route navigation, and cargo handling will be essential in maintaining our reputation for reliable service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team committed to excellence in logistics and transportation. Pay is 30% of weekly Responsibilities Safely operate tractor-trailers equipped for automobile transport Load and unload vehicles with manual handling techniques, ensuring proper securing of cargo according to FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations Comply with all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations during transportation and cargo handling Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and reports in accordance with logistics procedures Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure safety standards are met and report any mechanical issues promptly Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with necessary endorsements for tractor-trailer operation with a clean MVR Proven experience in truck driving, especially in automobile transportation or delivery driving roles Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT regulations, and hazardous materials regulations applicable to commercial trucking Ability to load & unload vehicles manually while adhering to safety standards As a CDL Class A holder, be willing to take yearly drug tests as per FMCSA Embark on a rewarding career where your driving expertise makes a difference!
