What You'll Do Drive & Scoop:
Pick up the company truck at our office, navigate safely to 30-40 residential stops daily using our route app, and leave yards spotless (no missed piles!).
Client Care:
Send "on-the-way" messages, take completion photos in the app, and handle light yard spraying when requested.
Maintain & Restock:
Bring all collected waste back to the office for disposal, wash and clean the truck, and restock equipment for the next day.
Team Communication:
Stay connected with admin and team members via our internal chat app throughout the day. No Direct Dog Interaction Required!
Please note:
This is a yard cleaning position, not a pet-handling job. We require all clients to keep their dogs inside while we service the yard, so you won't be managing or interacting with pets during your route.
What We're Looking For Safety First:
Careful, reliable driver with a clean driving record. (Our company trucks feature GPS monitoring and dual safety cameras for your protection and accountability.)
Team-First Mindset:
A positive attitude, respect for leadership and teammates, and a strong commitment to being a "WE" person, not a "ME" person.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to walk 20,000 to 25,000 steps daily in all weather conditions, and continuously hold/lift 10-15 lbs with your non-dominant arm while scooping at each stop.
Tech-Savvy & Punctual:
Comfortable using smartphone apps for daily routes, photos, and team messaging.
