What you'll do: As Non-CDL Driver at QXO is responsible for the safe, timely , and accurate delivery of materials to customer locations and job sites. This role combines driving responsibilities with hands-on support in loading, unloading, and verifying deliveries. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and committed to providing excellent customer service. Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies Deliver materials to job sites and customer locations accurately and on time Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues Verify materials, quantities, and delivery details before and after each delivery Obtain required documentation, such as signatures or proof of delivery Maintain accurate delivery logs and complete required paperwork Interact professionally with customers and job site personnel Address questions or concerns and ensure a positive delivery experience Load, unload, and secure materials to prevent damage during transport Assist with returns, exchanges, or corrections as needed Support warehouse or yard operations, including staging and organizing materials Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE Report any accidents, incidents, or unsafe conditions promptly Perform additional duties as needed to support business operations What you'll bring: Valid driver's license in good standing 1-2 years driving experience preferred Some knowledge of millwork construction supplies Ability to safely lift, up to 100 lbs The ability to successfully obtain a DOT Medical Card during the first 30 days Experience operating a forklift Prior experience in direct customer interaction Effective communication skills with colleagues, vendors, and customers Adaptability to work in diverse environments, including adverse weather conditions, and to handle various building products What you'll earn: Health Care Benefits Paid Time Off B enefits for union‑represented roles are determine d by the applicable collective bargaining agreement and may differ from standard company benefits.
