Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Driver/Landscape Installer to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment, installing and maintaining landscape features, and supporting various outdoor projects. Your enthusiasm for outdoor work, combined with your mechanical knowledge and attention to safety, will help create beautiful, functional landscapes that exceed client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in horticulture, landscape installation, and groundskeeping while contributing to vibrant outdoor environments. Duties Assist in landscape installation projects such as planting trees, shrubs, and flowers. Ability to drive landscape trucks and boxtrucks with trailers. CDL license not required Follow all safety protocols diligently while handling tools and equipment to prevent accidents or injuries Qualifications Proven outdoor work experience with knowledge of landscaping techniques and grounds maintenance practices Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, , and landscaping equipment operation Familiarity with plant identification, horticulture principles, and pesticide management is preferred Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently in various outdoor conditions Strong understanding of safety procedures and adherence to safety protocols at all times Excellent physical stamina for lifting heavy materials, digging, bending, and standing for extended periods Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with vehicle operation required for transporting equipment or materials Knowledge of hardscape installation, tree care—including trimming—and lawn care practices is a plus Join our team to help craft stunning landscapes while honing your skills in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
