Our agents work closely with skip tracers and fellow field professionals to ensure efficient recoveries. You won't be out there on your own—we operate as a team, providing the support, tools, and training needed to succeed and grow. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and reliable Repossession Agent to join our elite recovery team in the Fort Myers, Florida area. In this role, you will be responsible for recovering a variety of collateral, including cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, ATVs, and RVs. This position covers a large territory from Collier County through Manatee County , including areas such as Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Sarasota, and Bradenton. Candidates should have strong technical skills, solid knowledge of Southwest Florida's roadways, and a commitment to safe, professional vehicle operation. This role requires strong technical skills, solid knowledge of the local Punta Gorda area, and a commitment to safe, professional vehicle operation at all times. Compensation & Benefits Commission Pay:

$75

• 130 per recovery Average 4-5 recoveries per day Earning potential: $1,500
