CDL CLASS A REGIONAL DRIVER - 25

OF LOAD REVENUE

Trucking of America LLC is looking for a dependable and professional CDL Class A Driver to join our growing company. The driver will operate a company tractor with a 53-foot dry van , primarily running throughout Florida and the Southeast United States . This position is a great fit for an experienced driver looking for regional freight, percentage-based pay, performance bonus opportunities, and home time on weekends.

% of load/delivery revenue Percentage-based pay — when the truck earns more, you earn more Potential performance bonuses for consistent, on-time pickups and deliveries Bonus consideration for safe driving, reliability, communication, and taking care of company equipment Consistent freight opportunities

HOME WEEKENDS

Home on weekends Primarily regional Southeast routes Strong focus on Florida and surrounding states Occasional overnight trips during the week may be required Not a coast-to-coast OTR position

PRIMARY RUNNING AREA

Our goal is to keep the truck primarily throughout the Southeast, including: Florida Georgia Alabama South Carolina North Carolina Tennessee Other nearby states as freight opportunities require

EQUIPMENT

Company tractor provided 53-foot dry van Well-maintained equipment Driver is expected to keep the truck and trailer clean and properly cared for

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

Valid Class A CDL Experience operating a tractor-trailer with a 53-foot dry van Safe driving record Dependable and professional Strong communication skills Able to properly manage pickup and delivery appointments Consistently on time for pickups and deliveries Takes pride in caring for company equipment Comfortable running regional Southeast freight

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for more than someone to simply drive the truck. We want a driver who is reliable, safety-minded, communicates well, delivers freight on time, and treats the equipment with respect. A dependable driver who consistently performs at a high level will have the opportunity to earn additional performance bonuses on top of the 25% load pay.
