We operate in multiple states and are looking for an experienced, career-minded Class A CDL Heavy Haul Driver to join our Transportation team. Our drivers transport our company-owned heavy construction equipment between jobsites. What You'll Do Haul heavy construction equipment using RGN, lowboy, and multi-axle/8-axle configurations Load, secure, transport, and unload heavy equipment Work with our Transportation and Operations teams to complete equipment moves safely and efficiently Bring strong heavy-haul knowledge, good judgment, and a team-oriented approach to the driver group What We're Looking For Valid Class A CDL required Current HAZMAT endorsement required 5+ years of heavy-haul experience preferred RGN and lowboy experience preferred Multi-axle/8-axle heavy-haul experience strongly preferred Experience hauling loaders, excavators, and other heavy construction equipment Previous leadership experience required Strong mechanical knowledge of trucks and trailers Safety-conscious, dependable, and professional Strong communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to help and share knowledge with other drivers What Crush-It Offers Guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week plus overtime opportunities Paid weekly Full-time, year-round work Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and AD&D insurance offered after 30 days Holiday pay after 30 days PTO after 90 days Vacation after 90 days in accordance with the company vacation calendar Career opportunities with a growing multi-state company Additional information regarding driving history, heavy-haul experience, endorsements, and previous leadership experience will be requested before an initial interview.
