HOME EVERY DAY . ONLY

dependable drivers are needed that work every day. = Must be at least 25 years old with 3 years of experience, No more than 3 points on license, No DUI, and no accidents in the last 3 years. MVR is required at time of interview. =MUST have TWIC card -Work 75% within Tampa Bay area (100 mile radius), 25% further runs in Florida. We Pick up from and deliver to Port of Tampa and CSX Rail. Mon-Fri work, Hours vary as appointments do, no set start or end time. Some weekend work is available which is voluntary but very seldom. We ONLY work legally with max 14hr/11hr work day. Eld's are installed in all trucks.

We offer:

Compensation Average $800-$1400 week. Pay is per load basis. Detention pay is $30hr if incurred after 2 free hrs. Assigned trucks. Guaranteed weekly

Pay:

$800.00 minimum week guarantee (just in case there is a slow week or truck breaks down- we have 2 spare trucks for these instances, however this is a just in case guarantee). MUST be available to work Mon-Fri every day. Direct deposit into bank account every Friday after 2 weeks holdback (Must have bank account) Hours vary as appointments do as well so there is no set starting or ending time. run legally. All trucks are equipped with ELD devices. You will receive a 1099-NEC at end of year as we do NOT take taxes out. Independent contractors position Only. Bonus incentives. We Require:

=====-TWIC CARD is required to apply. MUST have min 3 years of CDL driving experience on a 10 speed manual transmission truck. (Driving test will be required before acceptance) MUST live close to Tampa FL. Containerized freight experience is a big plus MUST pass a drug test which will be given at time of hire and random once a year. Drug free environment. We need drivers that we can depend, hard runners, NO DRAMA, work every day with no excuses, Serious about making money. MUST always be on time and have a sense of urgency. If you are a person that is late or call in with excuses that you can't come to work, please DO NOT apply. MUST know how to operate a GPS unit as we do all dispatch through a GPS installed in trucks. Must be able to follow directions and reply to ALL dispatches. === No foul language of any kind is tolerated, respect others and be treated with RESPECT as you deserve , We DO NOT need anyone that does not want to work everyday Mon -Fri. Hours vary as appointments do. We are growing and need 1 more driver ASAP to cover all work we have. We DO NOT hire all the time. Last time we hired a new driver was in 2020 as we have a very small driver turn around.
