This is an opportunity for someone who is ready to work, travel the country, make money, and grow with a rapidly expanding logistics company. At Faithway Freight , our drivers are the bloodline of our operation. We are currently looking for a responsible, disciplined, high-energy Non-CDL Cargo Van Driver who communicates extremely well and is ready to hit the road ASAP . We keep our drivers moving nationwide for approximately 2

• 4 weeks at a time .

This position is built for someone who enjoys being on the road, wants to maximize their miles and understands one simple concept:

Our top performing drivers average $1,500

• $1,700 per week.

Drivers are paid weekly every Friday , and performance-based raises are available every 6 months.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You will operate a company owned cargo van throughout the United States transporting expedited general freight . Approximately 95% of our freight is no-touch , meaning your primary responsibility is getting the freight from Point A to Point B safely, professionally, and on time . This is true OTR expedited freight . You may be dispatched anywhere in the country and you must be comfortable staying on the road for weeks at a time. We need drivers who understand that communication is everything. We expect you to over-communicate , provide updates, answer your phone, follow instructions, protect the freight, take care of company equipment, and represent Faithway Freight professionally everywhere you go.

COMPENSATION & DRIVER REWARDS

We believe in rewarding the drivers who put in the work. Your earning potential is directly connected to the miles you drive and your performance.

Starting Pay:

$0.30 per mile

New Drivers:

Average $1,000

• $1,300 per week

Top Drivers:

Average $1,500

• $1,900+ per week

Pay Schedule:

Paid weekly every Friday (direct deposit)

Performance Raises:

Drivers are eligible for performance-based raises every 6 months. Strong communication, reliability, safety, availability, mileage, professionalism, and overall performance are all considered.

• (outside of 6 month performance raise) Stay consistent, perform at a high level, and grow with us: 6 Months
• $500 Bonus 9 Months
• $1,000 Bonus 12 Months
• $1,500 Bonus $500 referral incentive once the driver you refer completes 6 months The formula is simple: More Miles = More Money.

We want drivers who are hungry to work. The drivers who communicate, stay available, take care of the equipment, deliver on time, and consistently put in the miles are the drivers who will have the greatest earning potential with Faithway Freight.

We want to respect your time and ours. Please do not apply unless you meet ALL of the following requirements: Must be 25 years old or older due to insurance requirements. Must have a valid driver's license . Must have previous driving experience . Must have a clean driving record . If your driving record is not clean, do not apply. Must be willing and able to travel nationwide . Must be comfortable staying on the road for 2

Must be willing to sleep in the cargo van while OTR . Must be dependable, disciplined, energetic, and professional. Must be an excellent communicator and willing to over-communicate with dispatch. Must have access to your original/acceptable employment documentation, including your Social Security card and birth certificate (requested for onboarding) . Must be able to hit the road within 2 weeks of your initial interview . Must understand this is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity .

THIS POSITION IS NOT FOR EVERYONE.

If you need to be home every few days, do not enjoy long distance driving, cannot stay in consistent communication, or are uncomfortable sleeping in the van while on the road, this will not be the right opportunity for you.
