Job Description A Claywell Truck Driver is responsible for safely operating a semi truck, and providing prompt, courteous and complete delivery to our customers. In addition, a Claywell Truck Driver is responsible for ensuring he/she is on time for deliveries and pickups. As a driver for our company you will need to be okay with night time work, because some of our work is night time loads or with weekend work, when over the road. We are looking for an
OVER THE ROAD
driver and a LOCAL driver at this time. The driver can live in an area other than Zephyrhills. There is work available out of Zephyrhills plant, High Springs plant and Madison/Lee plant. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Good customer services skills to meet and exceed customer expectations; acts in a professional, courteous and cooperative manner toward customers and co-workers; works with a sense of honesty and trustworthiness. Good time management skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed in an efficient and safe manner. Good follow through ability; adheres to work schedule and follows through on challenges as they arise. Ability to adhere to Company policies and rules set forth; promotes the Company's safety standards; does not take inappropriate risks. Maintains a feeling of pride in work; strives to achieve all goals. Qualifications Two years of prior experience driving heavy commercial trucks. Class A Commercial Driver's License for at least 2 years Clean MVR Preferred Qualifications 2-4 Years recent experience 25+ years old Follow all required safety policies and procedures. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
