Landscaper/Driver

Position Overview Paradise Look LLC is seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Lawn Maintenance Foreman / Driver to lead and work alongside a landscape maintenance crew. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires strong work ethic, attention to detail, safe driving practices, and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality landscaping services to commercial properties, homeowners associations (HOAs), municipal facilities, and residential communities throughout South Florida. This is not a supervisory-only position. The Foreman is expected to actively participate in all aspects of daily landscape maintenance operations. Responsibilities Lead and supervise landscape maintenance crews in the field Safely operate company trucks and trailers to and from job sites Perform lawn maintenance services including mowing, edging, trimming, weed control, blowing, hedge trimming, pruning, and site clean-up Ensure all work is completed according to Paradise Look LLC quality and safety standards Train, guide, and support crew members to maximize productivity and efficiency Conduct daily inspections of equipment and vehicles Load, unload, and maintain landscaping equipment and tools Communicate daily job progress, site concerns, and customer requests to management Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned Requirements Minimum 3 years of professional landscape maintenance experience Previous crew leader or foreman experience preferred Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record Experience safely towing and maneuvering trailers Ability to operate commercial landscaping equipment including: Zero-turn mowers Walk-behind mowers Weed-eaters/trimmers Edgers Blowers Hedge trimmers Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Ability to lift 50 pounds or more regularly Comfortable working outdoors in South Florida weather conditions Must pass a background check

Compensation & Benefits Pay:
