Job Description
Overview We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and professionalism. The Driver will operate a rollback , including wheel lift, and may be required to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks. Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks, to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload products using manual handling techniques as well as equipment such as forklifts, etc. Follow designated routes and schedules while ensuring timely deliveries. Maintain accurate records of deliveries. Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients and recipients. Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Previous driving and tow truck operating experience is a plus. Valid commercial driving license with experience is preferred, but not required. Proven delivery driver experience with a focus on route driving efficiency. Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks as required by the job. Familiarity with operating rollbacks and wheel lifts is advantageous. Comfortable driving manual transmission vehicles when necessary. Must be presentable- clean shave and hygiene. Uniforms will be provided and required to wear. Must be able to pass a full panel drug screening randomly. We are an extremely busy towing company looking to hire drivers. Pay is a percentage based on experience and will be discussed at time of hire.
