The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional roadside assistance and towing services to customers in need. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, customer service, and mechanical knowledge. The Tow Truck Driver will need to live in Haines City, Davenport, Lake Alfred, Winter Haven or Auburndale area and be able to park the tow truck at there residence. Duties Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles safely to designated locations. Provide roadside assistance, including jump-starts, tire changes, and lock outs. Perform vehicle loading and unloading with care to prevent damage. Maintain accurate records of services rendered and vehicle conditions. Communicate effectively with customers to assess their needs and provide assistance. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on tow trucks to ensure safety and reliability. Must be able to work on an on-call basis. On call consist of being available every other night and every other weekend. Any calls ran as on-call will be added to your weekly salary at 25 percent. We are a drug free work place Must be allowed to park a tow truck at your residence. Skills Proficient in operating tow trucks. Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients during stressful situations. Ability to load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in various conditions. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for this position.
