Full Job Description Job Overview:

Poza Freight Logistics LLC is seeking experienced, professional Driver and Helper teams for white glove final mile delivery routes. This role involves inside delivery, placement, and light assembly of large items in customers' homes. We are looking for reliable, high-quality team members who can represent the brand with professionalism.

Compensation:

Driver Pay:

$200/day

Weekly:

$600-$800 (3-4 days/week)

Helper Pay:

$150/day

Weekly:

$450-$600 (3-4 days/week)

Schedule:

Rotating schedule (3-4 days per week) Teams alternate weekly: Week 1: 4 days Week 2: 3 days Routes run 7 days per week Typical shifts: 10-12 hours

Team Structure:

1 Driver + 1 Helper per route Apply as a team or individually (pairing available)

Responsibilities:

Driver:

Safely operate a 26ft box truck Manage delivery routes and time windows Communicate with dispatch and customers Ensure cargo is properly secured

Helper:

Assist with loading/unloading Support in-home delivery and placement Assist with basic assembly

Both:

Perform white glove delivery service (inside delivery, room placement) Lift and carry heavy items (team lift required) Provide professional, customer-focused service Follow safety and company procedures

Requirements:

Driver:

Minimum 2 years of box truck or delivery experience

REQUIRED

Valid driver's license (Non-CDL required) Clean MVR — no tickets or points in the last 7 years Clean background & able to pass drug test Must be comfortable driving a 26ft box truck

Helper:

Delivery, moving, or warehouse experience preferred Physically capable of heavy lifting daily All Applicants (Driver & Helper): Clean background check

REQUIRED

Must pass drug screening Able to lift 75-150 lbs (team lift) Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable working 10-12 hour shifts Must be available for weekend work Strong customer service skills

Physical Requirements:

Heavy lifting daily Stairs and in-home deliveries Extended standing, bending, and walking
