Job Description

Responsible Areas and Expectations 1. Ensure Safety Ensure all equipment is tied down and secure Safety PPE is worn at all times Safety cones are placed out beside truck and trailer All laws and regulations concerning the equipment are followed Stop equipment before adjusting 2. Maintain Properties Ensure proper maintenance of residential and commercial properties is completed according to the company's maintenance procedures Follow GANTT charts for each property Maintain each client's property according to certain client specifications as noted in Aspire 3. Equipment Care Ensure proper care and use of hand tools and equipment Report any problems with equipment to the Team Leader Ensure proper care of issued truck and report any problems with the truck to the Team Leader Keep the truck cab and trailer free of trash Wash truck and trailer as scheduled Responsible for loading and unloading proper equipment (mowers, fuel, supplies) on truck in the
AFTERNOON
for the next day Responsible for unloading yard debris & waste from trucks at the shop daily 4. Contributing to the Team Effort Ensure daily time entry is completed for you Attend all meetings and team training sessions 5. Communication Keep an open line of communication with the Team Leader
