www.interrail-transport.com Vehicle Processor Position- Starting Pay is $15 per hour. Inter-Rail Transport of Westlake is looking for motivated individuals to process and drive new vehicles as part of our shuttle team. The job consists of peeling plastics off of new cars, inspecting all vehicles for damages, driving the car through a car wash and taking the vehicle to the proper facilities. Each individual will process between 25-40 cars a day on average. We operate 7 days a week and work most holidays with holiday pay and overtime available. Start time is 7 am and we typically work a 10-12 hour day depending on volumes. Shuttle Crew Member Fundamentals of this position consist of driving vehicles to a designated area within a facility or to an off-site location as instructed. To be qualified, the individual must: Be at least 18 years of age Have and provide valid driver's license and have an acceptable motor vehicle record in accordance with insurance company's requirements ( No CDL required ) Have means of transportation to and from work Be a team player and be able to communicate effectively Have the flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends, holidays, and nights as needed. Submit to and pass a drug/alcohol screening, background check and e-railsafe, along with monthly random testing The job responsibilities requires that the individual must: Wear required uniform and personal protective equipment as instructed Be physically able to walk, stand, and climb into/out of the shuttle van regularly Safely drive a vehicle in a large facility while understanding designated traffic patterns, Peel protective plastic from vehicles and inspect for damage Know how to drive both automatic and manual transmissions Work in all kinds of weather conditions. Heat, cold, ice, snow, etc. Obey all traffic laws while driving on the facility or on public roads
