| Weekly Pay | Growth Opportunities Citrus Property Care is seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Leader/Driver to join our growing team. We're looking for a motivated individual who takes pride in quality workmanship, leads by example, and enjoys creating beautiful outdoor spaces. As a fast-growing company serving North Georgia, we offer opportunities for advancement, leadership development, and year-round employment. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of landscape installation or landscape construction experience. Experience installing hardscapes (retaining walls, pavers, etc.) drainage systems, irrigation, sod, trees, shrubs, grading, and turf establishment. Ability to lead, train, and motivate a landscape crew. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license with the ability to safely operate trucks and pull equipment trailers. Georgia Pesticide Applicator License preferred (or willingness to obtain). Responsibilities Crew Leadership Lead and supervise daily crew operations. Assign tasks and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Train crew members on proper installation techniques and safety procedures. Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment. Landscape Installation Perform and oversee installation of: Retaining walls Paver patios and walkways Drainage systems Irrigation systems Trees, shrubs, and landscape beds Sod installation and grading Outdoor lighting and other landscape enhancements Equipment & Jobsite Management Prepare trucks, trailers, equipment, and materials for each workday. Safely operate skid steers, mini excavators, compact equipment, and landscape tools. Maintain equipment and ensure jobsites remain clean, organized, and safe. Load, unload & secure materials and equipment. Quality Control & Customer Service Inspect completed work to ensure it meets Citrus Property Care quality standards. Communicate professionally with clients when needed. Identify potential issues and recommend solutions before they become problems. Treat every customer's property with professionalism and respect. Administrative Responsibilities Track materials, labor hours, and project progress. Communicate with management throughout the day regarding project updates, delays, or concerns.
