We are hiring

CDL A FLATBED DRIVERS ONLY

for OTR routes. This position is strictly for drivers with flatbed experience who are comfortable with tarping, strapping, and load securement. If you do not have flatbed experience, this position is not a fit.

Pay & Benefits:

$3,500 take home per week $1,000 hiring bonus Percentage pay up to 31%

•32% of gross (depending on experience) Weekly gross $11,500

•13,000+ Tarping pay included

Detention/Layover:

$150 Weekly payroll (paid the following Friday

•no hold)

No Force Dispatch Schedule & Home Time:

OTR

•minimum 2 weeks out required 2-3 days home after each run (with 1 additional day if needed) 21-day run = 5-6 days home 30-day run = 7 days home Requirements (FLATBED ONLY): Minimum 2 years CDL A experience Flatbed experience

Do you understand that successful completion and approval of the Driving Evaluation in Duluth, GA is required before you can be cleared to begin driving with the company? Has an SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) violation or status appeared on your FMCSA Clearinghouse record within the past five years? Do you understand that this position is a 1099 independent contractor position? Do you understand and agree to remain communicative with Dispatch on a daily basis whenever you are not driving? Do you meet the company's insurance requirements for this position, including a minimum age of 24 and a maximum age of 55? Do you understand that the company does not currently have a pet or passenger policy in place and, therefore, pets and passengers are not permitted in the truck? Do you understand and agree that, upon completion of your run, you are required to return the company truck to the designated yard and travel home in your personal vehicle? How many years of verifiable flatbed driving experience do you have? Are you experienced with load securement using straps, chains, binders, and tarps? Are you comfortable performing hands-on securement and tarping as required?
