This is a home-daily, W-2 position with consistent local freight and a predictable schedule. Flatbed experience is preferred but not required. We welcome CDL drivers with at least 2 years of driving experience who are interested in learning or expanding their experience in flatbed operations. Position Highlights Local routes

• home every day W-2 employee position Pay starts at 25% of linehaul Additional 1% for drivers who can operate a manual transmission and are assigned a manual truck Alternate weekends off Major holidays off Consistent freight and predictable scheduling One week in the hole Requirements Valid CDL Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience Flatbed experience not required Willingness to learn basic flatbed operations and load securement Basic knowledge of strapping, chaining, and tarping is a plus Ability to safely secure and inspect loads Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently Why Join ECG Freight?
