Job Description

P. Marshall Fleets is currently hiring an experienced Full-Time Truck Driver for OTR Team Runs from Tuesday to Saturday . This position requires two drivers working together as a team to operate the vehicle efficiently and safely over long distances. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the transportation industry, a clean driving record, and at least two years of verifiable driving experience within the last three years. Team drivers must coordinate closely with their partner to ensure timely deliveries and maintain safety standards throughout their routes. A flexible schedule and reliable internet access are also necessary for training and communication purposes.

Responsibilities:

Operate a manual transmission (10 Speed) or Automatic truck safely and efficiently as part of a driving team. Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and its equipment. Ensure safe operations of the truck at all times. Deliver materials on time and in good condition. Pass an annual DOT physical, background check, and drug screening Adhere to a flexible schedule, primarily Tuesday through Saturday. Possess Doubles and Triples endorsements with experience. Work collaboratively with your driving partner to coordinate routes and schedules. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Maintain logs accurately and comply with DOT regulations.

Qualifications:

Valid CDL Class A license with Doubles and Triples endorsements. Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience within the last 3 years. Strong understanding of transportation safety protocols. Ability to work effectively as part of a team driver duo. Excellent communication skills and reliable internet access. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, primarily Tuesday through Saturday. Clean driving record with no license restrictions. Ability to operate manual transmission trucks (10 Speed). Commitment to safety and punctuality. Safety bonuses are offered for excellent performance.
