Duties Navigate using GPS systems to ensure accurate and efficient delivery routes Load and unload cargo safely using manual handling techniques Comply with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations, DOT (Department of Transportation) standards, and hazardous materials regulations for the transportation of dangerous goods Secure loads properly during transit to prevent shifting or damage Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure safety and compliance with truck maintenance standards Document delivery activities accurately, route details, and delivery confirmations Skills Proven experience in commercial truck driving, including delivery driving and route driving Knowledge of truck loading and unloading procedures, including freight handling for various cargo types such as hazardous material Strong understanding of FMCSA regulations Skilled in GPS navigation systems for efficient route planning and real-time adjustments Excellent driving record with a focus on safety, compliance, and punctuality Join us as a Driver to be at the forefront of our logistics operations!
