Job Description

Job Summary We're looking for an experienced OTR Sprinter van driver to partner with us as we grow, running expedited freight across the U.S. Driver must have minimum 6 months of verifiable expedite experience and be willing to run longhaul (all 48 state capable) 21+ days a month, with one week off. This is a full-time opportunity operating under a fleet owner leased to Load One. Van is based out of the Atlanta area.

What to expect:

No local/home every night. We run all 48 states. Must be willing to stay out 21 days at a time with 1 week off. Expedited / time-sensitive loads Mix of driving and waiting (not a high-mileage CDL role) Running exclusively under Load One's authority Dispatched through Load One, with direct communication with the owner Earnings are tied to how you run-can align based on your goals and how you like to operate Payment weekly, each Friday. Process to onboard takes 1-2 weeks. Driver and truck would have to come up Taylor, Michigan with Load One. Pets and passengers welcome (within reason) Driver Requirements Minimum 3 months of OTR/48 states expediting experience in a Sprinter Van, Straight Truck or Tractor. Valid DOT medical card with at least 6 months remaining Clean driving record — no speeding violations of 15+ MPH over the limit in the past 3 years No felonies within the past 7 years No mobile device violations within the past 3 years No speeding violations within the past 3 years No seatbelt violations within the past 3 years No DUI convictions within the past 7 years No failed drug screens within the past 7 years No pending criminal charges, including misdemeanors No violent misdemeanor convictions within the past 5 years No more than 3 combined moving violations and/or preventable accidents within the past 12 months

Compensation:

Percentage-based (1099) Weekly payment Incentives for performance, tenure, and referrals About us: We're a small, hands-on operation, myself and my partner, who has 20+ years of OTR experience. We're growing a small fleet and working directly with the driver as we build this out.
