Job Summary:
The Yard Operator is responsible for staging vehicles and equipment in the yard, as well as maintaining and cleaning the area. They assist with all yard operations and maintenance tasks, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all yard equipment and vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring vehicles are in the correct locations. Pull and move vehicles for loading. Unload vehicles from wreckers. Communicate with the supervisor on arising issues due to equipment breakdown and/or availability. Communicate with the maintenance garage on scheduling for inspections and repairs. Coordinate vehicle hook-up. Maintain an organized lot and ensure vehicles are properly tagged. Follow all safety precautions and procedures. Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Must pass a drug screen Have a valid Georgia driver's license No serious traffic violations Able to do the following: stand, walk, lift, carry, push, climb, balance, and stoop
