Overview Join our dynamic team as a 2 Car Rollback Driver, where you'll play a vital role in safely transporting vehicles using specialized rollback trucks. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring vehicles are moved efficiently and securely. Your mechanical knowledge and driving expertise will contribute to smooth operations, providing excellent service to our customers and supporting our logistical needs. Responsibilities Safely operate flatbed rollback trucks to load, transport, and unload vehicles with precision and care Follow cargo securement protocols to ensure vehicle safety during transit Conduct routine inspections of the rollback truck, including mechanical checks and vehicle diagnostics Load and unload vehicles efficiently, adhering to safety standards and customer requirements Manage vehicle mechanics for truck drivers, troubleshooting mechanical issues as needed Communicate effectively with team members and customers to coordinate vehicle movements and resolve conflicts professionally Maintain accurate logs of vehicle movements, inspections, and service records 6 days a week Monday - Saturday Must live in or within 20 minutes of Henry County, GA Experience Prior experience driving commercial vehicles, especially tow trucks or flatbed trucks, is a must (no experience please don't apply) Knowledge of cargo securement protocols and vehicle mechanics for truck drivers Excellent conflict management skills to handle customer interactions and operational challenges Demonstrated ability to load & unload vehicles efficiently while maintaining safety standards Join us if you're passionate about automotive work, enjoy driving, and thrive in a role that keeps you active while delivering top-notch service. $700.00 - $1,200.00 per week
