Responsibilities Safely operate tow trucks, including flatbed and traditional tow trucks, to recover and transport vehicles. Load and unload vehicles carefully using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or winches, ensuring safety at all times. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, explaining procedures, and addressing concerns professionally. Manage conflict situations effectively, maintaining a calm demeanor while resolving issues swiftly. Maintain accurate logs of all recoveries, loads, unloads, and vehicle details for record-keeping purposes. Experience Proven experience operating tow trucks, flatbeds, or similar commercial driving vehicles. Strong understanding of manual transmissions and automotive systems. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience highly desirable. Ability to load and unload vehicles safely using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or specialized tools. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage conflict professionally.
