Job Description
We are seeking reliable and experienced Dump Truck Drivers to transport materials such as asphalt, gravel, dirt, rock, and soil to various job sites within a 50-mile radius . This role requires drivers to be consistently on the road , making multiple trips daily from point A to point B while maintaining safety, efficiency, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a dump truck to transport materials to and from job sites. Perform multiple daily runs within a 50-mile service area. Load, haul, and unload materials in a safe and efficient manner. Follow all DOT regulations , traffic laws, and company safety policies. Communicate effectively with dispatch, site managers, and team members. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle. Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly. Maintain accurate delivery logs, tickets, and paperwork. Adapt to changing job site conditions and schedules. Ensure timely deliveries to keep construction projects on schedule. Work Environment Constant driving between job sites and material yards. Fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Exposure to outdoor weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, dust). Frequent stops, starts, and coordination with heavy equipment on-site. Requirements Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) - Class A or B. Clean driving record. Minimum [1-2] years of dump truck or heavy hauling experience (preferred). Knowledge of hauling materials such as asphalt, gravel, and dirt. Ability to operate manual transmission (if required). Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or extended shifts. Skills & Qualifications Strong time management and route efficiency. Dependable and punctual, and be Self Accountable. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Attention to detail for load safety and delivery accuracy. Physical Requirements Ability to sit for long periods while driving. Ability to climb in and out of the truck multiple times per day. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs (as needed) Comfortable working in outdoor and construction environments.. Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on work, 30% commission of each delivery pay structure. Overtime opportunities if work is needed. Weekly pay. Ideal Candidate A dependable driver who is comfortable being on the road all day , making consistent deliveries, and ensuring job sites receive materials on time without delays .
