(Department of Transportation) regulations Flatbed Load securing safety procedures Full Job Description Job Summary Family AKP is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced RGN Driver - Heavy Haul / Oversize to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating large-scale tractor-trailers and specialized heavy haul equipment to transport oversize and overweight loads across various routes. Your expertise will ensure the secure, efficient, and timely delivery of freight, including complex loads such as flatbed, tanker, refrigerated trailers, and other specialized configurations. We are seeking professional drivers who understand securement, axle weights, permit compliance, and safe operation of specialized equipment. We work directly with customers, allowing for consistent freight and dedicated lanes. Pay & Benefits Starting $3,600 take home per week $1,000 hiring bonus 30% of load revenue after deductions Dispatch fee: 10% Escrow and permits deducted Average gross revenue: approximately $15,000/week before deductions Dedicated routes available Weekly gross $15,000+

Detention/Layover:

$150 Weekly payroll (paid the following Friday - no hold)

Schedule & Home Time:

OTR - minimum 2 weeks out required 2-3 days home after each run (with 1 additional day if needed) 21-day run = 5-6 days home 30-day run = 7 days home + $500 bonus Requirements (FLATBED ONLY): Minimum 5 years RGN experience Must know how to properly scale, weigh, and adjust truck/trailer weight Experience hauling oversize and overweight freight Strong knowledge of load securement and DOT compliance Valid CDL Class A Professional attitude and communication skills No SAP program drivers No Pet or Passenger Policy in place Mustpass drug screening All tickets, fine, damages incurred by driver are
