Training is completed using your own assigned truck and trailer while hauling freight, so you are paid for the loads you haul during training. Orientation & Equipment Paid orientation is held at our Dade City, FL terminal and typically lasts 1-2 days. Orientation pay is $100-$150, depending on length. Trucks are equipped with APUs and inverters. Drivers are responsible for providing their own refrigerator, microwave, TV, and other personal equipment if desired. No passengers are permitted, and trucks do not have passenger seats. Drivers are required to keep a working CB radio, steel-toe boots, basic tool kit, garbage bags, and long-handled shop broom in the truck.
