Supportive Operations and Dispatch Team Key Responsibilities Safely operate Class A CDL vehicles to transport freight
Deliver freight accurately and on schedule
Load and unload freight as required
Scan, verify, and document shipments
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate driver logs and delivery documentation
Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
Report equipment issues, delays, accidents, or delivery concerns
Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and coworkers
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
Assist with warehouse operations, freight staging, and loading when needed Minimum Qualifications Valid Class A CDL
Current DOT Medical Card
Clean driving record
Must be 21 years of age or older
CDL driving, transportation, or delivery experience preferred
Ability to safely operate delivery technology including GPS and mobile applications
Strong safety, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks

Quarterly Loyalty Incentive Bonus Program Physical Requirements This position requires prolonged sitting, frequent entry and exit from commercial vehicles, lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving freight throughout the workday. Drivers may be exposed to varying weather conditions, vehicle vibration, and changing lighting conditions.
