Summary As a CDL A or B Flatbed Driver, you will be essential in ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods while operating flatbed trucks. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will utilize your core skills in commercial driving and route navigation, along with premium skills in handling flatbed trucks. Your experience with forklifts and load/unload procedures will enhance operational efficiency. This role emphasizes safety and reliability, allowing you to return home every night while contributing to our commitment to exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Operate flatbed trucks to transport goods safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations. Load and unload cargo using forklifts and other equipment, securing loads properly for safe transit. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and functionality. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation, reporting any issues or delays promptly. Communicate with dispatch and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and address any concerns.
