County Highway District CDL Drivers! Enjoy working four 10-hour shifts, Monday-Thursday OR Tuesday-Friday! Enjoy 3-day weekends this summer. Seasonal position working 8+ months $20.00 p/h to start! Excellent opportunity with the Highway District $20.00 p/h to start

Duties:

Broom Crew Monday-Thursday OR Tuesday- Friday 6:00 am-4:00 pm Drive a 10-wheel dump truck to haul and dispose of waste and debris collected from the sweeper trucks Drive/Operate a sweeper truck to clean Ada County roadways. Will train on sweeper Other related duties as assigned

Chip Seal/Maintenance Crew:

Monday-Thursday OR Tuesday- Friday, 7:00 am-5:30 pm Drive a 10-wheel dump truck to haul and dump asphalt chips for the chip seal program Back the truck up to the chipper box while in motion, hook up and load the chipper Operate the roller and assist the ground crew as needed to meet project goals Other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

A Valid Idaho Class A CDL license (• Class B accepted for Broom Crew ) A good driving record Be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, and work well independently Ability to follow directions on county processes and procedures Follow and adhere to all safety policies and regulations Operate all county vehicles and equipment in a safe and professional manner Work 10-hour shifts outdoors in all weather conditions
