75,000-90,000 annually Rocky Mountain Agronomics keeps growers supplied across the Intermountain West — fertilizer, crop protection products, seed, and soil amendments delivered when the field is ready, not a week later. Our drivers are the reason that happens. We're hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers out of our Burley terminal. You'll run liquid freight from our Burley and other Idaho/Nevada locations to grower operations across Idaho, Utah, Oregon, Nevada, and Montana. This is agricultural freight, which means the work has a rhythm. Spring pre-plant and fall application are our heaviest seasons. What We Offer Miles. @1500 miles per week. Predictable home time. As a OTR driver your week will be planned out ahead of time, so you know your schedule. Modern equipment. 2005 Kenworth tankers double axel triple axel and quads. What You'll Do Operate a Class A commercial vehicle safely and legally across our multi-state service area Transport agricultural inputs including dry and liquid fertilizer, crop protection products, seed, and packaged goods in compliance with DOT hazardous materials regulations Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections; maintain accurate logs in our ELD platform Verify shipping papers, placarding, and load securement before every departure Deliver to retail locations, co-ops, and on-farm sites, including sites with limited turnaround, gravel access, and seasonal road conditions Communicate proactively with dispatch on delays, weather, and mechanical issues Represent Rocky Mountain Agronomics professionally at every customer site What You'll Need Valid Class A CDL HazMat endorsement required Tanker endorsement, if hauling liquid product Minimum 12 months verifiable OTR experience in the last 3 years At least 21 years of age Current DOT medical certification and ability to pass a DOT physical Acceptable motor vehicle record and safety history Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing and clear the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse Ability to pass a TSA security threat assessment for HazMat endorsement Nice to have: Agricultural background or familiarity with crop inputs; experience with tanker operations; winter and mountain driving experience. Physical Requirements This position requires climbing into and out of the cab, operating landing gear, securing loads, connecting and monitoring unloading equipment, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
