Position Overview We are looking for a hard-working, dependable, self-motivated Route Delivery Driver / Team Fulfillment Driver with a great attitude and strong commitment to safety and customer service. This position is responsible for preparing, loading, transporting, and delivering dairy supplies and products to customer locations while maintaining accurate records and representing MVDS in a professional manner. Responsibilities
  • Load and unload dairy supplies, products, and materials using safe handling practices.
  • Safely transport and deliver products to customers within assigned routes and timeframes.
  • Verify orders and maintain accurate delivery records, receipts, confirmations, and invoices.
  • Follow DOT regulations and company policies, including requirements for transporting hazardous materials when applicable.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of company vehicles and trailers.
  • Report mechanical concerns, accidents, spills, or safety concerns immediately.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Assist with warehouse duties, order pulling, product staging, inventory organization, and general shop support as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, trailer, and work area.
  • Participate in required training for safe driving, chemical handling, hazardous materials, and company procedures. Working Conditions
  • Full-time position with a Monday through Friday schedule. Flexibility for early mornings, later days, and occasional schedule changes may be required.
  • Work takes place in warehouse, shop, vehicle, and customer-site environments, including dairy facilities, barns, yards, and outdoor delivery locations.
  • Regular local and regional travel is required, with possible travel outside of the Magic Valley area when business needs require.
  • Must be able to drive a company vehicle, delivery truck, and/or trailer in varying road and weather conditions.
  • Must be able to lift, load, unload, move, and secure products safely.
  • Occasional early morning, late evening, or weekend work may be required to meet customer needs. Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • CDL Class B with Hazmat endorsement preferred; ability to obtain and maintain required endorsements may be required.
  • Clean driving record and ability to meet company insurability requirements required.
  • Related delivery, route driving, warehouse, agricultural, or customer service experience preferred. Skills and Traits

$28.00 - $32.00 per hour
