Job Description

Stewards of Recovery is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a transportation driver. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, providing excellent customer service, and working in a supportive environment dedicated to recovery and wellness. This position consists of part-time transportation duties, serving individuals in Rexburg and surrounding communities. Schedule Part Time Tuesday & Wednesday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Key Responsibilities Transportation Duties Provide safe, reliable transportation for clients to appointments, meetings, and other approved destinations. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while transporting clients. Follow all traffic laws and company transportation policies. Ensure vehicles remain clean, safe, and well-maintained. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Valid driver's license MUST be either an Idaho driver's license, within a state that borders the State of Idaho or must be willing to get a valid Idaho driver's license in order to be credentialed with MTM. Previous transportation or driving experience preferred. Ability to learn scheduling, billing, and administrative processes. Strong organizational and communication skills. Comfortable using smart phones, driver apps, computers, email, and office equipment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Must successfully pass and participate in random drug testing. Preferred Qualities Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude. Compassionate and respectful toward individuals seeking recovery services. Strong customer service skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
