Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles with manual transmissions to deliver goods efficiently across designated routes Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques while adhering to safety protocols Manage route driving schedules to ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining awareness of traffic conditions and road safety Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during drop-offs and pickups Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with transportation regulations Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and reports for each shipment Assist in warehouse activities such as moving inventory or preparing loads for dispatch when needed Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with a focus on route driving and load handling Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Warehouse experience including loading/unloading cargo, heavy lifting, and equipment operation such as forklifts and pallet jacks Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles preferred Knowledge of manual transmission vehicles and commercial driving regulations Ability to lift heavy items safely and efficiently in various warehouse settings Familiarity with load securing techniques, safety procedures, and transportation compliance standards Join us as a Hotshot Driver and become an essential part of our fast-moving logistics team!
