Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various driving capacities, including commercial driving, freight transport, and delivery services. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and efficiency while ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the integrity of the cargo. Responsibilities Operate various types of vehicles, including tractor-trailer, refrigerated trailer. Ensure safe and efficient transportation of goods to designated locations. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate logs of hours driven, routes taken, and deliveries made. Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road. Assist in loading and unloading freight as necessary. Experience Proven experience of minimum 2 year in commercial driving or truck driving is preferred. Familiarity with freight transport regulations and safety standards is essential. Experience operating various types of trucks, including refrigerated trailers and dump trucks, is a plus. Previous experience as a delivery driver is an advantage. A valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required for this position.
