Join Clean Harbors as a Driver Recruiter , known internally as a Talent Consultant, and help build the professional driver workforce behind one of North America's leading environmental and industrial services companies. Unlike a traditional for-hire carrier, our drivers are part of a private fleet supporting Clean Harbors' own operations and customers, transporting materials and providing essential services that help protect communities and the environment. Develop and execute staffing strategies to meet immediate and long-term hiring needs. Manage open requisitions, ensuring accurate status updates and timely recruiting actions. Screen, interview, and assess applicants' qualifications, work history, and skills based on company and DOT guidelines. Maintain applicant tracking system data, ensuring accurate coding, status updates, and compliance. Partner with hiring managers and regional leadership to align on staffing needs, policy, onboarding, candidate feedback, and onboarding support. Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers and external contacts to ensure successful recruitment strategy. Previous CDL driver recruiting experience is preferred, but applicants with relevant trucking, transportation, staffing, sales, or industrial recruiting experience may also be considered.
