Develop and execute staffing strategies to meet immediate and long-term hiring needs. Manage open requisitions, ensuring accurate status updates and timely recruiting actions. Screen, interview, and assess applicants' qualifications, work history, and skills based on company and DOT guidelines. Maintain applicant tracking system data, ensuring accurate coding, status updates, and compliance. Partner with hiring managers and regional leadership to align on staffing needs, policy, onboarding, candidate feedback, and onboarding support. Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers and external contacts to ensure successful recruitment strategy. Previous CDL driver recruiting experience is preferred, but applicants with relevant trucking, transportation, staffing, sales, or industrial recruiting experience may also be considered.
