Job Description

We're hiring a full-time truck driver for our grain farming operation near Colfax, IL. This is a year-round position, not just harvest season — start date no later than September 1.

Responsibilities:

Haul grain, equipment, and inputs between fields, storage, and elevators/terminals Operate semi-trucks safely on rural roads and highways Perform routine pre-trip/post-trip inspections and basic equipment maintenance Work flexible hours during planting and harvest; help with other farm tasks in the off-season as needed

Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL required (Class

A CDL J51

farm exemption also acceptable) Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check Clean driving record Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Prior ag/farm experience a plus but not required

Details:

Full-time, year-round position Start date: on or before September 1, 2026

Compensation:

$25-$35 per hour, based on experience.
