is seeking a highly experienced Heavy Duty CDL Tow Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating commercial tow truck. Your expertise in the commercial industry will help you safely perform these functions under the DOT guideline. This position offers an exciting opportunity for skilled professionals passionate about helping customers get off the road safely and get them to their destination. Duties Operate heavy-duty tow trucks, with precision and adherence to safety protocols. Perform some repairs as needed, including removing of drive shafts for transportation. Safely load and unload vehicles onto tow trucks, following cargo securement protocols to prevent damage during transit. Conduct vehicle inspections prior to towing, ensuring all safety measures are met for safe transportation. Manage conflict situations professionally when dealing with distressed customers or challenging scenarios on the road. Follow all safety guidelines related to mechanical vehicle repair, cargo securement, and driving regulations for commercial trucks. Extensive experience operating heavy CDL tow trucks. Skilled in commercial driving, including our 18 speed manual transmission tow truck. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage conflict management effectively under pressure. Familiarity with vehicle mechanics tailored for truck drivers, including load & unload procedures and safety standards.
