Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate various types of trucks, including but not limited to forklifts, refrigerated trailers, dump trucks, flatbeds, roll-off trucks, tractor-trailers, route driving trucks, and tankers.
  • Transport goods and materials from one location to another.
  • Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
  • Inspect vehicles before and after each trip to ensure they are in proper working order.
  • Secure cargo for transport to prevent damage or loss.
  • Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and other relevant information.
  • Communicate with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate deliveries and pickups.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Skills:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to operate different types of trucks and equipment.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with dispatchers, team members, and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to handle the demands of long hours on the road.
