This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your driving skills, manual handling expertise, and customer service talents. As a key player in our logistics operation, you will deliver goods using box trucks , adhering to all safety and traffic regulations while providing exceptional service to our customers. Duties Safely operate box trucks, step vans, to deliver goods to residential and commercial locations. Load and unload items using manual handling techniques, hand cart Plan efficient delivery routes using gps devices, ensuring timely arrivals and adherence to traffic laws. Communicate professionally with customers during delivery, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns. Follow DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and company policies related to weight handling, hours of service, and vehicle safety standards. Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and delivery confirmation records. Qualifications Previous delivery driver experience is a plus Knowledge of traffic regulations, safe lifting practices, heavy lifting techniques, and DOT regulations. Comfortable using mobile devices for route navigation and communication. Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude. Physical ability to lift heavy items safely and perform moving tasks as required. Must be at least 21 years old to be a driver and 18 years old for driver helper Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check Valid driver's license with a clean driving history

Pay:
$22.50 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
