Job Description

We are hiring professional CDL A Company Drivers (1099) for Solo and Team positions. We operate 2023-2026 Freightliner and Volvo trucks and provide consistent nationwide freight with strong weekly earning potential. Position Type Company Driver (1099) OTR / Regional / Dedicated Solo & Team opportunities Schedule 4 weeks on (Can be flexible upon request) 3500+ miles per week available Minimum 600 miles per day preferred
Pay & Compensation Solo:
75/Cents per mile
Team:
95/Cents per mile Consistent freight volume supporting Paid weekly via direct deposit Flight ticket provided if needed 2500$ Escrow required divided into 10 weeks ( $250 weekly deducted from payroll) Equipment 2023-2026 Brand new / Excellent condition semi trucks Dry Van, Power Only, Flatbed Responsibilities Safely operate company equipment on OTR, Regional, or Dedicated routes Deliver loads on time and maintain communication with dispatch Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies Complete required logs and maintain ELD compliance Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain professional communication with shippers, receivers, and brokers Requirements Valid CDL Class A license 1.5 year CDL A experience Ability to run nationwide routes Ability to follow safety procedures and DOT requirements Must be able to communicate in English sufficiently to understand dispatch instructions, safety procedures, and DOT requirements Clean driving record preferred Case-by-case review: Accidents Moving violations Major violations
