Drivers must be comfortable operating manual transmission trucks and handling different types of freight professionally and safely. Duties Safely operate tractor-trailers with manual transmissions Drive a variety of trailer types including refrigerated, flatbed and dry van. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance records in accordance with federal regulations Well organized with delivery schedules while adhering to safety standards and traffic laws Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate pickups and deliveries or inform delays or discrepancies This position includes: Consistent work available Daily routes Dedicated lane Home daily Requirements Valid CDL-A License Manual transmission experience Clean driving record Ability to pass drug screening Professional attitude and communication Experience with ELD systems preferred Flatbed or reefer experience is a plus

Pay Structure Local:
