Pick your start time between 3:00 AM-6:00 AM — and once you select it, your start time stays consistent. That's flexibility without constantly changing your routine.

There's an optional 6th day available for drivers who want to put in extra work and increase their earnings. Plus, there are several additional pay opportunities: $6 stop pay $10-$20 additional stop pay $12 drop & hook pay $225-$350/day outsource work $100 weekly attendance bonus $20/hr breakdown pay $20/hr safety training $200/day new-hire training pay $200/day holiday pay

WHAT YOU'LL BE RUNNING

You'll make multi-stop deliveries from Elwood, IL to stores around: Minneapolis, Green Bay, Des Moines, St. Louis, Chicagoland The freight is no-touch, with approximately 85% drop & hook across loading and unloading operations. You'll also handle backhauls returning to the Chicagoland area.

HOME TIME

Drivers are typically home 1-2 nights per week for their 10-hour break, in addition to their scheduled reset. When a layover is required, drivers must be willing to stay in the sleeper. Weekends off! Drivers are off Thanksgiving & Christmas. Drivers will work New Year's Day. Holiday pay is effective immediately.

ONE IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT

Hazmat endorsement required within 90 days. Only about 5-10% of loads are Hazmat, and the account will reimburse the cost of the course and endorsement once obtained. 6+ MONTHS
