Employment Type:

Full-time (1099 Independent Contractor)

$0.80 per mile (CPM) - All miles paid (empty and loaded) About the Role We are looking for an experienced and reliable Class

A CDL OTR

Flatbed Driver to join our fleet. If you have a solid driving record, flatbed experience, and want top-tier pay with well-equipped late-model trucks, this is the position for you.

Compensation & Pay Structure Base Pay:

$0.80 per mile (CPM) — All miles paid, empty and loaded

Tarping Pay:

$50 for 4-ft tarp $75 for 6-ft tarp

Detention Pay:

$20/hour (after 3 hours)

Layover Pay:

$150

Additional Bonuses:

Short miles bonus Clean DOT inspection bonus

Pay Type:

1099 (No benefits included)

Schedule & Home Time OTR Schedule:

Must be able to stay on the road for 2 weeks at a time Equipment & Amenities Drive comfortable, late-model trucks fully equipped for the road: 2023 or Newer Freightliner Cascadia Auxiliary Power Unit (APU)

Refrigerator Microwave Power Inverter Qualifications & Requirements CDL:

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License Experience:

Minimum 2 years of OTR driving experience Minimum 2 years of Class A experience Demonstrated flatbed experience (securing and tarping loads)

Availability:

Ability to stay out on the road for at least 2 weeks at a time Clean driving record and background check Strong work ethic and commitment to safety

Job Types:

Full-time, Contract Pay:

$75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
