If you enjoy being on the road, working independently, and building strong customer relationships — while still being home every night — this could be a great fit. This is a steady, full-time position with year-round work, competitive hourly pay, and a strong benefits package after your evaluation period. What You'll Do Drive a truck under 26,000 lbs. for local deliveries (no CDL required) Safely load, secure, and deliver products while complying with DOT regulations Pick and pack your own orders while learning our product line Deliver an average of 10 stops / 25 packages per day during peak season (April-September) Handle products averaging 40+ lbs. Review sales orders and manifests to ensure accurate deliveries Report and help resolve order discrepancies or shortages promptly Deliver products to customer-designated areas while protecting against damage or loss Communicate with customers and our sales team to ensure excellent service Occasionally collect, verify, and safeguard customer payments Keep the truck clean, organized, and smoke-free All routes are within a 5-hour radius to ensure same-day return unless otherwise scheduled in advance.
What We're Looking For Required:
High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license with a clean driving record At least 1 year of route driving experience Ability to lift 40+ lbs. Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Professional, reliable, and customer-focused Ability to maintain a flexible schedule during peak season Preferred (but not required): Experience in distribution, delivery, or sales support Knowledge of DOT regulations Forklift experience or certification We're especially interested in someone looking for long-term employment.
