We are looking for a dependable, safety-focused operator who can work independently, communicate with dispatch, take care of company equipment, and perform damage-free towing professionally.
Pay:
$800-$1,200+ per week , depending on experience, schedule, performance, and workload. Position Full-time Day and/or night shifts available Local and highway towing Motor-club, roadside, and customer-pay calls Consistent work for dependable operators Requirements Minimum 1 year towing experience Proven flatbed/rollback experience Valid Illinois driver's license appropriate for the vehicle Clean driving record/MVR Strong loading, securement, and damage-free towing skills Ability to properly handle FWD, RWD, AWD, and 4WD vehicles Ability to pass applicable background and drug screening Professional communication and customer-service skills What We Expect Reliability is extremely important. Drivers must report to scheduled shifts on time, remain responsive to dispatch, and communicate promptly if an emergency occurs.Drivers are also expected to:
Perform pre/post-trip truck inspections Complete required vehicle photos and job documentation Immediately report accidents, damage, customer complaints, or mechanical problems Keep the truck and towing equipment clean and organized Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly Good judgment is important. If a towing situation is unsafe, unusual, or risks vehicle/property damage, stop and contact dispatch rather than improvise. Unauthorized personal towing jobs or use of company trucks/equipment is not permitted.
